ASRA acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the lands throughout Australasia, on which we work and live. We acknowledge their continuing connection to and care of land, culture and community. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging.
We also extend that respect to Aboriginal, Torres, Strait Islander, Samoan, Papuan and Māori peoples that visit this site, as well as to our Indigenous members and guests.

The Australasian Sound Recordings Association (ASRA) was formed in 1986 from the Australian Branch of the International Association of Sound Archives.
ASRA is an association for those interested in recorded sound.
